Vivert was born
and raised in
Damoh
,
India
.
Through his school years he became deeply involved in a sport called
Cricket, one of the most popular sport in
India
. In 1991 he received his
master’s degree in Mathematics from the
University
of
Sagar
.
Vivert, seeing the need for more Christian workers in
India
redirected his life plan. He
joined the work of the mission full-time. In order to better prepare
himself, Vivert came to the States in January 1992 to further his
Bible education at
Atlanta
Christian
College
.
After the summer of 1993, Vivert returned to
India
and married Neelam Archna Dass.
Neelam is from Bilaspur. She received a degree in Biology from
Ghasidas
University
. In 1994, the
Lalls returned to ACC to finish Vivert’s Program of study and
graduate. A blessing, Monica was born in
Atlanta
on September 4, 1995. The Lalls returned to
India
in September of 1996 to work
full time with the mission. On November 16, 1997, Lae Stanley was
added to their family. In May 2002 Vivert received his Doctor of
Divinity from United Theological Seminary, Secunderabad.
Now Vivert and Neelam are working in
India
.
God has blessed their Church planting efforts. Their ministry has
witnessed tremendous growth in the past years, spreading in four
different states and
Nepal
.
There are also now training centers in three states.
Vivert’s father Stanley Lalit Lall is one of the missionaries of
Mid-India Christian Mission. He holds master’s degree and a Ph.D. He
has also studied at
St. Louis
Christian
College
. Vivert’s mother,
Dolly Lall, holds a Ph.D. in Hindi Literature and is a retired
university professor. Vivert’s older brother, Vivek and his wife
Angela, are graduates of
Kentucky
Christian
College
.
They are currently working in
India
full-time with the
Mission
.
They have now three kids, Levi, Christiana and Mariana. |
